i thought this to be a nice counterpart of the CCTV stuff. So the prison could be rendered as desirable object for the city? just a try...

You should use a "double" strategy for the design of your white book (left/ right pages, split/flipped the book, double way of reading it ect...), lets talk about it tomorrow after tutorial.
