I like the way you incorporate the photo... and the drawing as a whole is realy getting nice and layered! But I still dont know what the straight vertical walls are...

heyyy..em ya they are basically creating closure below the roof ,,,u no ,u need to have closure so thats one way off doing it ,,,but actually im trying to make it more intersting so that its not just an extrusion but it becomes more curvy but then again i like teh contrast it has with the rest of the roof in terms of geometry...anyway tanx for the positive comment, not feeling very confident about wat im doing at the mo.....

Hey "Oh My God" maryam, sorry for not getting back to you, but for some reason Im not getting any of the proper comments sent to my email address, only the bogus ones...
I see what you mean about enclosure. If you want this to be a similar, but different type of geometry, you could take it one step further than stacking, by giving the stacked elements another layer, just like the roof areas, but of a different nature. For instance these areas can develop as a penetrable edge-condition, where you build up some depth with further linear pieces, but stacking inwards at odd andgles and building up as a kind of strange structual Trellis that acts as a buffer to the outside, or this point/the line where things start to want to go vertical can be a moment of distortion, where all of the lines in 3d suddenly hit a CPlane, as it were, and descend in a mighty cascade down to the ground like your fluid vaults are a river, and this line is where the river meets a precipice and thunders downwards....
