i like the gloomy one but you should work with lighting effects in photoshop (go to filter / render and choose some of the lighting options to experiment). At the moment the light glow looks as though it's emanating from the priests, and while they're holy - am not sure they're THAT holy.

More Caravaggio, extremely dark, but strong light that make more visible the colors.
