Dewey Decimal Patterns

I am attempting to diagram one of the most universal Library classification systems. This system is made of a Primary (100,200...) section, Secondary (010,020,030...) and Tertiary section.
I would like to develop a pattern using this system that relates to the various degrees of fortification of the archive.2009_12_07.jpg
