Pitch idea - structural aspect of design is from technical aspect where the smooth vs. the coffered, hence the two precedents contextually are johnson wax building and kings college. Where formally they are similar but structurally different.
the same way that in Gothic cathedrals, where the centroid vaults when met were sandwiched with a filling of the or extension of the ceiling to cover it up, a bell lick filigre structure was added for more ornamentation to the ceiling drawing the eyes tot he ceiling (skies-godliness), the spandrel would become natural light fixtures made of very light material, drawing in light into the structure and placing light on the fake shimmery(gold) archways between the pindrop columns.
