Manifesto – Revival of Koinonia.

|

The post church is humble, easy to access.

Providing divine place in which people can meditate, from 10 bodies to more than 2000 hearts.

Space not to be grandeur, or overwhelming but enwomb.

The new church is ceasing to be a cultural centre for religious individualists.

The entire congregation is becoming aware of its responsibility in worship, and is rediscovering its real liturgical function. The new church is becoming missionary again, responsible for neighbors, Koinonia meaning of community members’ sharing and relationship. (The community’s social awareness is developing and; helpfulness between people is increasing.)

Isaiah 43:9 – All the nations gather together and the peoples assemble. Which of them foretold this and proclaimed to us the former things? Let them bring in their witnesses to prove they were right, so others may hear and say “It is true.”

Congregators and visitors, among classified social ranks, rich and poor, different races harmonize in the church. The new church is the platform which link them to_gether, not vertically but horizontally.

The church is very concentrative towards two points, at the same time very linear way to arrange spaces for participate, experience of Koinonia. The new church, therefore allows people to experience sequential moments through flowing from one place to another. Flow into liturgical space, flow out of church through experience of gathering, or meet in person, or worship by oneself. Each space provokes to achieve the meaning of Koinonia. Distributed countermeasures in which various scales, guide the velocity of people’s flow. Form follows the flow.

Wounded people, who have broken family background, flow into the church for renewal kinship through experiencing Koinonia. Consequently, they flow out to the living Society. The new church community keeps flowing. The new church provides space for caring, sharing and relieving. An Architect therefore, installs countermeasures within the area of economically, socially depressed.
