Disorientation
Disorientation in a church, can signifies a potential of a person being in a mental confusion or impaired awareness, especially regarding place, time, or their personal identity. It reveals the emotional and physical experience through signified surprises, a battle between your emotional instincts. Where this emotional gradient can be described through architecture by an instrument – tunnel. These tunnels have series activities with uncertain routes or pathways where they can interconnect with varies programs, viewpoints and aperture of light reflections.
By having interconnectivity, the internal relations or potential connections can be expressed through radial geometry. Each radial geometry can define by the needs of programs whereby having many misleading pathways and act as the movement of space through time. Each movement of space connection can emerge to become gathering places – confessions rooms, praying chapels or any other potential programs. This is an acknowledgment of analogy where an approach of being able to experiment the transformation of compression feeling of being disorder and confuse.
