This is the first test of casting with a jig. I ran out of plaster, so the cast doesn't quite have the edge condition required for interconnecting with other panels.

Since the experiment has proved successful, I've sent more jigs to the mill. These ones lock together in different ways to create all the different patterns. I may need some additional connectors down the line. Also, I'm hoping that I can reuse these so that I don't have to cut more.

This is my sassy jig. It was milled today. Will put it to use tomorrow to make some casts of my c-r-i-n-k-l-e-s.
