i would like to get you working on a few things at once - plan development is fine, but you need to start multi-tasking and developing model/details, views, etc simultaneously.
also, regarding this plan - looks as though you have a constant boundary at the perimeter - is this just a condition of this plan - or how you are developing the project? i don't quite read the 'pathways' that you are weaving into the project.
