Yes, there are some weird bits with the facade (bottom left), and seems like they didn't really clean it well since my table is covered with (expensive) dust as soon as these models land and all shared spaces are still half filled with dust...

The one above is 1:1000 and below is 1:250 scaled...

A test view for a night view, all super and interfloors are dark and the shared spaces too in this render while the apartments have light...
