Yes, there are some weird bits with the facade (bottom left), and seems like they didn't really clean it well since my table is covered with (expensive) dust as soon as these models land and all shared spaces are still half filled with dust...
The one above is 1:1000 and below is 1:250 scaled...

On the ground level of the towers, two lifts are expected to be used by public. The two side lift cars would be the for the residents which will also have a different level for entrance.

The index is a 6 plate sized 1:250 scaled drawing folding to 45 x 45 cm.It will show different types of chain connections in one single drawing also will be a guide for views from outside and inside the building.
Typical approach limits the public programme to the ground level 0 to the +4.This diagram shows exactly the same size and types of the programmes i'm dealing with in the chain tower. One of the developments on the strip, Metro City Mall is a good example of many "islands" of iconic towers in Sisli, Istanbul. Kanyon Mall, Sapphire, İş Bank and Astoria all follow a similar strategy.In the typical approach, 8 apartments are placed around the core on every level. the seperation of the shared spaces and the private spaces are very clear. Even if there's a shared space in the tower, it is completely seperated from the public. Letting public use the upper floors just like the ground level will create a 24 hours alive tower just like a city in itself with 3.000 inhabitants.
