the black and white almost comic graphic is very powerful and works very well with the more realistic background that is evocative of a communist version of a modern city with a more than a subtle hint at nuclear power. The grass and the tree in the foreground are a bit distracting because of the texture, maybe desaturate them so they almost have the same b&w feel in contrast with the background?
