Maybe this is to much of a violation of the slab and it looses its slab qualities. I really want to exaggerate the horizontal of the building. Maybe it doesn't matter because the thing is so damn long that it going to look extremely horizontal anyways.

As for the slab options - I think your last sentence pretty much says it all - the scale of the site will allow the slab to take on a varied set of roles and formal parameters. But at the moment, don't worry about which option you go with, rather continue to push extremes.
